Indictment Records Sept 1871 - Mar 1878 - This book lists the Grand Jury indictments giving the name of the person charged, the crime they were charged with and the witnesses. The outcome of the proceedings is not listed. Many indictments are for illegal sale of intoxication liquors and so there are numerous mentions of persons who are "under the age of 21 years". Charges range from Desecrating the Sabbath to Murder. This book is indexed. 8 1/2" x 11". $15.00
